PRICING/REGISTRATION

Registration for each event will only be available online. There is NO ONSITE REGISTRATION. Race registration will close at 8pm on Friday night before the race. Number plates/timing chips will be available for pickup at rider check in.

PRO PURSE PAYOUT DISTRIBUTION

$500 Prize Purse Per race.

The top 3 finishers in each category will be recognized on the podium following each race. All podium finishers will receive an award/prize purse. The top 3 finishers in the overall series will receive an award. 

RACE RULES - 

E-Bike BICYCLE ELIGIBILITY:

Class 1: Pedal Assist Bicycles with an electric motor Peak Power of <=750 watts that provides motor assistance only when the rider is pedaling and only up to a speed of 20 mph. Approved Drive Units only. Bicycles must remain locked, i.e., no modification of wheel sensor from factory circumference or any other modification to manipulate the factory set speed of the bike.

Production Rule: OEM drive unit and matching frame combination model required (matching year NOT required). Electric conversion kits and after-market frames are prohibited. Once qualified for the meet the bicycle’s frame may not be replaced.

Current list of approved Drive Units: Bosch, Shimano, Panasonic, Yamaha and Brose.

Points do not transfer if you change categories.

You must complete the race on the bike you started on.  

Must wear a bike helmet and appropriate gear.

Must follow outlined trail, any shortcuts or variations will result in disqualification.

You must make any and all mechanical repairs yourself or utilize the local bike support (if available).

You can move up in a Category, but never down.

Good sportsmanship is a MUST, any bad behavior will result in disqualification.

Please use proper trail etiquette during course recon and transfer stages.

All protests must be filed within 20 minutes of the last competitor completing the final race stage of the day. 

If you encounter an injured/downed rider, please stop and check on them. If a rider is seriously injured or unconscious, let officials know immediately or call 911.

VENDOR INFO

  • We will be accepting and encouraging vendors to come out and provide a “pit” space. This includes; passing out swag, bike maintenance, hosting a demo day, etc.

  • Vendors will be expected to pay a $150 “vendor fee” per race unless some other agreement has been made.

  • Vendors will be limited to a 10’x20’ plot.
